Subscription Terms & Disclosure:
By completing this purchase, you are enrolling in the Official Service Partner Membership with CARBON-K MECHANICAL SOLUTIONS.

  • Recurring Fee: A monthly membership fee of $399.00 USD/CAD (as applicable) will be automatically charged to your payment method on file starting today and every 30 days thereafter.

  • Independent Identity & Liability: You acknowledge and agree that you are an independent legal entity and not an agent, employee, or partner of CARBON-K MECHANICAL SOLUTIONS. You assume 100% legal responsibility for all service delivery, customer contracts, job performance, and service warranties. CARBON-K acts solely as a supplier of specialized equipment, technology, and consumables and is not liable for any operational claims or third-party liabilities arising from your services.

  • Territory & Location: Your mobile vendor status is tied to a designated 100-mile local radius at the distributor's discretion. Fixed truck shops and storefront locations are exempt from mobile-specific radius limitations.

  • Membership Perks: Your membership grants you access to Canada-wide advertising, our integrated booking systems, our map-pinning network, and Exclusive Vendor-Only Pricing on all CARBON-K consumables (these wholesale rates are strictly for partners and not available to the general public).

  • Cancellation: You may manage your subscription or cancel at any time through your member dashboard, subject to the terms of your signed Vendor Agreement.
